Lane Restrictions on I-95 for Bridge and Road Repairs in Philadelphia and Bucks County

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced that lane closures and temporary ramp closures are scheduled along Interstate 95 in Philadelphia and Bucks County for bridge and road repairs.

  • Monday through Thursday (July 26-29) – One lane will be closed on northbound and southbound I-95 between Allegheny Avenue and Castor Avenue in Philadelphia from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for expansion dam installation;
  • Monday through Thursday (July 26-29) – One lane will be closed on northbound and southbound I-95 between Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) and Route 413 in BensalemTownship, Bucks County, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for bridge repairs;
  • Monday through Thursday (July 26-29) – One lane will be closed on northbound and southbound I-95 between Route 213 and Oxford Valley Road in Middletown Township, Bucks County, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for bridge repairs;
  • Monday through Thursday (July 26-29) – One lane will be closed on northbound and southbound I-95 between Route 132 (Street Road) and Business Route 1 in Bristol and Bensalem townships, Bucks County, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for bridge repairs;
  • Monday through Thursday (July 26-29) –One lane will be closed on northbound I-95 between Academy Road and Route 413 in Philadelphia, Bensalem and Bristol townships, Bucks County, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for crack sealing;
  • Monday through Friday (July 26-30) –One lane will be closed on northbound and southbound I-95 between Route 132 (Street Road) and Route 1 in Bensalem, Bristol, and Middletown townships, Bucks County, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for paving;
  • Monday through Friday (July 26-30) –One lane will be closed on the ramps at southbound I-95 and Route 332 (Interchange 49) in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for paving.
  • Monday through Friday (July 26-30) –One lane will be closed on the ramps at the I-95/Route 132 (Street Road) interchange (Interchange 37) northbound and southbound in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for paving.

Lane Restrictions Scheduled in Philadelphia and Delaware County Next Week for a Series of Bridge Inspections

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced that lane restrictions are scheduled on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia and Delaware County next week (July 26-30) for a series of bridge inspections.

The work schedule is:

  • Monday (July 26) – The right lane will be closed on southbound I-95 at the Commodore Barry Bridge (Exit 4) in the City of Chester, Delaware County, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday (July 27) – The right lane will be closed on northbound I-95 at the Commodore Barry Bridge (Exit 4) in the City of Chester, Delaware County, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Wednesday (July 28) – The right lane will be closed on northbound I-95 between Route 291 (Exit 10) and Philadelphia International Airport (Exit 12) in Tinicum Township, Delaware County, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Thursday (July 29) – The right lane will be closed on southbound I-95 between Philadelphia International Airport (Exit 12) and Route 291 (Exit 10) in Tinicum Township, Delaware County, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Friday (July 30) – The right shoulder will be closed on the ramp from Aramingo Avenue to southbound I-95 (Exit 26), from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
