Cottman Avenue remains open to local businesses westbound between State Road and James Street during construction to install a sewer main between the Amrtak overpass and Tulip Street.

Westbound Cottman Avenue through traffic remains detoured over State Road, Rhawn Street and Torresdale Avenue.
