• Continue billboard relocation and excavation east of Richmond Street between Cumberland Street and Lehigh Avenue;
• Begin rehabilitation of Girard Avenue bridge over Aramingo Avenue;
• Begin gas main, water main replacement immediately west of I-95 between Ann Street and Lehigh Avenue.
