PROJECT SPECIFICS

In I-95/AFC, PennDOT will completely reconstruct I-95 and its bridges and widen the interstate to five lanes in each direction from just south of the Betsy Ross Bridge Interchange to just south of the Allegheny Avenue ramps. The five lanes will provide four through lanes in each direction, with a fifth lane each way functioning as a continuous on-off ramp between interchanges.

• Reconstruct 1 mile of northbound and southbound I-95
